Return Eligibility

Unopened, non-perishable items in their original, resalable condition may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided you have a valid receipt.

• The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
• A valid proof of purchase (receipt) is required.
• The return must be made within 7 days of the original purchase date.

Non-Returnable Items

For health, safety and quality reasons, the following items generally cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or were damaged at the time of purchase:

• Opened or consumed food and beverages.
• Perishable goods.
• Clearance or final-sale items, where marked.
• Items without a valid receipt.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, expired or damaged at the time of purchase, please bring it back to the store with your receipt as soon as possible. We will gladly offer a replacement or refund for verified defective items.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are issued using the original method of payment where possible. Cash purchases are refunded in cash, and card purchases are refunded to the original card. Processing times for card refunds may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange for an eligible item, we are happy to help you select a replacement of equal value, subject to availability.

How to Request a Return
